Northline Utilities, LLC Announces Acquisition of Black & McDonald’s New York Testing and Commissioning Service Line

We are pleased to share Northline Utilities has officially acquired Black & McDonald’s New  York Testing and Commissioning Service Line, marking a significant milestone in our growth and  success.

This is a major step forward for Northline Utilities as we expand our expertise and position  ourselves as a stronger competitor in the electric industry. 

We believe the combined resources and expertise will not only benefit our company but also  provide greater value to our customers, partners, and employees. 

Over the last several weeks, we have worked closely with the Testing & Commissioning team to ensure a smooth transition. We are committed to preserving the culture and values that make both companies special while integrating the strengths and opportunities this acquisition brings.

What This Means for Northline: 

• New team members - Our new team members completed their onboarding this month  and are fully set up with NLU emails and rebranded vehicles. 

• They will remain based at their current facility in the East Syracuse area, ensuring  continuity and stability. 

• This acquisition provides access to roughly 200 new customers from B&M’s Testing &  Commissioning book of business.
